Our team has over 100 years combined telecom and data experience. Our mission is to provide you with the service that WE expect from the carriers we come in contact with every day. Provisioning

We work to ensure that our customers have confidence in saying that Stratus is the partner in business they cannot perform without. From the date your business becomes an order to the delivery of a working product pr service, every order has a dedicated project manager, without exception. We have the knowledge and expertise to speak with your vendors, technicians and key players in your IT departments to solve the smallest or largest of provisioning issues. Our focus is on our customers’ needs.

Service and Repair

We understand that all companies are not created equal. Some require 24/7 service, some don’t. We don’t operate 8-5, Monday through Friday, we’re always open, working hard to make sure you are highly satisfied with our service quality. Unlike other carriers, you’ll never have to call our NOC (network operation center) and wait on hold for a repair representative. We take pride in our zero minute wait times. Once a ticket is open, you get a direct line to the representative handling your issue. You never have to call back in and explain your problem again.
